The Reservoir Crime Family II: Part Five

Some time passed after Hassossoun’s iterance into The Reservoir and the entire time, they were planning the attack on Rose Red. To say that she has gone completely insane would be an understatement. From the reports the group has gotten, it was shown and revealed that Rose Red killed every member of her group, taken over, and has decided to become a lone killer. Anyone that knew of her was instantly killed.

Coppola thought about this for some time. He started to ponder over her involvement and how his group was going to find out. Realizing that they would need a lead, he ended up finding someone that could lead them to her.

Her name was Jenifer Burnamonti. Being a casting director, she hears from numerous people about others that can fill roles that were needed. For the latest film she was casting, she was in need of a woman tat can portray a femme fatale with clear perfection. She was lead to a woman by the name of Jessica Pakera. From doing some extensive research via John Security, it was revealed that she was under the suspicion of being the much wanted Rose Red.

Coppola had something of a meeting with Burnamonti and learned that what she wanted most was a film/ acting studio with her own equipment so she and her small company can make whatever films they desired. He agreed to help her if she helps him capture Rose Red. She agreed.

Months went into planning when, after sending in an actor acting like an associate of a random crime family to this Jessica, it was shown that this was Rose Red. How they knew: he was allowed to let go and be free but after being branded with a rose. The rose is Rose Red’s calling card.

For Jenifer’s services to Coppola, he created the Burnamonti Acting Studios. Between then and the attack on Rose Red, the Coppola crime family ended up hosting Jenifer Burnamonti’s wedding to a man that went by the name of Caponae.

Preparing Tomas and Hassossoun, everything was set up. They found her one night when she was at her home, relaxing. To say that they entered like calm neighbors would just be kissing yourself. Basically they snuck in, locked the doors, and had everything set up for the attack. But alas, she was expecting them.

The darkness of the hallways got under the skin a tad bit of both Tomas and Hassossoun. They heard some creeks in the air, and turning around they felt a presence near by. Without warning, all of the lights were on and a long, beautiful arm reached out, threw Hassossoun onto the floor, and grabbed out of his hand Tomas’s gun.

Jumping backwards, pointing the gun at both of them, Hassossoun jumped up and pulled out his gun. Going into his back pocket, Tomas revealed his. Having slide from her arm, Rose Red presented a second gun and had it pointed at Hassossoun while having Tomas’s pointed at him.

“You pretty good with those guns?” Tomas said, swapping the safety off of the heavy little number that he was holding in his hand.

“Not that I would need to be good at this moment in time.” She said, he voice moving in a rather quick, raspy movement.

“Well bitch, it looks like with me and my accomplice here, that this little Mexican stand-off is about to be over with.” Tomas responded, shooting a look towards Hassossoun.

“In response you fat bastard,” She said, swaying a tad bit. “I know you are planning something with the man formally known as The Electrician, so let’s talk. Sound good?”

“And how do we know we can trust you that you only just want to talk?” Hassossoun asked. Right at that moment, Rose Red emptied both guns onto the floor, the cartridges impact creating a piercing noise.

“I think I have proven myself enough for now.” Parting between the two boys, she walked pass them. “I am aware that this is anticlimactic and you were expecting a fight, but that would be too much to be expected. Join me for a drink and let us talk.” She walked down the stairs as Tomas and Hassossoun just looked at one another.

Without talking, they knew what the other one was thinking. Breathing and realizing that they had nothing really to forsake besides their lives, Hassossoun gave Tomas one of his tazzers just in case something was to come up. With Rose Red’s history of turning her back on those that she appeared to be helping/ being kind to, it was best not to take any risks.

She was in a dining room, serving coffee into rather large red mugs. Tomas just looked in complete disbelief. Turning around, Rose Red offered something of a slick grin.

“Might as well get this out of the way: I have seen my own fair share of James Bond films and as such, I know what you are all expecting. You are expecting me to talk about my plans, tell you how I am going to kill you, laugh while putting you in an easily escapable certain death situation, then end in you all trying to get rid of me. Alas, I am afraid, I don’t want that. To know what I want, I ask you both to sit down.” Once she was done talking, and realizing that trying to get rid of her at this moment in time would be pathetic and not help their cause, they sat down as far as possible at her table from her, looking around.

Grabbing her own cup of coffee, she took a rather healthy gulp of the dark liquid, before looking at them and offering them the same.

“I promise I am not trying to kill you. But if you would rather insult me kind gesture by not taking the drink I had so wonderfully offered, so be it. That is not really important.”

“Why have you yet tried to kill us?” Hassossoun asked.

“Why have you not yet tried to taze me with those nice little tazers you have?” Both guys looked in surprise. “Really you foolish boys? Don’t think I don’t know you both too well. In reality, I know the reason why you won’t try and kill me. Besides the fact that it is part of human nature that it is mentally difficult for a guy to hurt a woman, but also because I have your curiosity. But now I am starting to completely believe that I have your attention.” Rose Red placed down her coffee cup, crossed her legs, and straightened out the bottom part of her black dress.

“The reason why you are really here is simple: to prove to me that I should join Coppola’s group. Here is the deal: I have known about Coppola back when his father was in charge. When I was a little girl, I use to be friends with Coppola. Then some shit happened and I had to spend some time away from him. It was difficult, seeing as how he was a childhood friend.

“Anyway, when I ran into him again, he had just taken power with his group. During the separation, I started learning how to be tough, how to be powerful, how to take down anyone that got in my way. So, practicing some fighting techniques, I started fighting against anyone that tried to take down Coppola. Now, keep in mind that I have no romantic feelings for him. All my feelings are strictly that of a friend and nothing more. I just happen to be very protective over those friends of mine that I have a bond with.

“Once he saw my potential, he decided to have me take out some of his worst enemies. You could say that I built myself to be more of a weapon than a female assassin. Once he hired Tomas, he started saying that he wanted me to join him officially. I did some minor jobs for him, as you now know, but he believed that if I worked with you, he will be unstoppable. I, of course, rejected his offer. You see, I work for myself and for favors from my friends. I never want to sign on to any mafia group simply because I have to work by their standards.

“Some time later and after I heard of Hassossoun’s acceptance into the Coppola family, I was asked again. Thinking about it, I said I would need to be proven about you two. So, I continued to kill those that posed a threat, waiting till the time would come that you two would try and get to me. In all honesty, I was aware that you guys would be hoping that I would put up a fight. However, seeing as how I now need protection from the authorities due to me getting a little carried away, I have decided to join.” She poured herself another cup of coffee and gulped it down. Tomas and Hassossoun looked at each other, and then at her.

“Other than to prove ourselves, what is the other reason for all of this tonight?” Hassossoun asked.

“Two other reasons. First being that I wanted to see if Coppola was really that interested and dedicated to me joining you guys. Plus, I can be a bit of a Lady Evil, so I wanted to mess around with you guys a tad bit.” With that, she unleashed a rather loud cackle while the two men just stared at her in disbelief.

This woman, one of the most feared women, is real this? Unbelievable! Absurd! In the mind of Tomas, inconceivable! Looking at one another, they turned to Rose Red.

“May we be excused for a few moments?” She looked at them with her eyes, piercing at them.

“If you are wanting to make a phone call, by all means do so here. I am actually anxious to know what Coppola says.” With that, Hassossoun took out his cell phone and dialed Coppola.

“Yes?” Coppola responded.

“Yeah, we are talking to Rose Red and - “Coppola started laughing.

“Yeah, all that she has told you is true. She is now an official member of the Coppola Crime Family. I kid you not.”

“Okay, then why the hell did you have us go into all of this trouble?”

“Simple: like she should have told you, I wanted to show her my dedication to her. Plus I wanted to see how dedicated you both are to me. Seeing as how now we know, accept her as your new coworker in this group, you should all get alone fine.” Right there and then, Rose Red cleared her voice.

“To signify my involvement with you both, I shall reveal my true name. Only those I don’t kill get to have it. My true name is: Jessica Parkera.”

“Now, Jessica,” Coppola said loud enough to be heard. “Welcome to the Family.” With that, the phone died.

“The reason why I had to do that, seeing as how I know that you all know my real name, is simple: to signify my trust and loyalty towards Coppola and to you two, my new friends. Now, sit down Hassossoun. I want all of us to get to know one another.” While still not trusting her, and it would be a long while before either of them did, Hassossoun sat down and all three talked over the course of the night.

About a few years later, they will be in the meeting room in Coppola’s house with the other leaders of the groups Coppola set up, discussing the possibility of the destruction of the entire crime family.

The Reservoir Crime Family II: Part Four

The back story on The Royals (and The Reservoir in general) is a tale that some of the leaders knew, but never want to discuss. In fact, it is better off believing that they had lived a pleasant enough life, came into contact with Coppola, and the rest would be history. But, if that was the case, they would be dull and lifeless characters. The fact of the matter is that The Royals did not want people knowing about them and preferred to act as if they never existed in terms of their past. Those that did know wish they never did.

To go back and to look at their past, you have to look at the leader of all three members that make up The Royals. Tomas Halo Atmend was born originally as Antonio Ciccio in the town of Corleone, Sicily. The reason as to why he came to America was due to his family growing poor due to other businesses taking over and, at the time, you either join with them, become in debt to whatever local mafia was in the area for protection and money, or move to America and try to make a better life. The Ciccios decided on the last choice.

When Antonio grew up, his mother told him all about Corleone due to him not having a single memory of the land he grew up in. While he adored his past, he grew to have a love that overpowered him: cinema. Growing up, he constantly went to this small theater and watched whatever film was playing. For a while, the theater started showing crime/ gangster epics and from those films, he knew what he wanted to be.

From the time he was a teenager, he had always wanted to be a gangster. To him, being a gangster was better than being the president of America. You had money, power, influence, ultimate control. With being a gangster, no one would fuck with you. Saw someone you hated? Put a hit on them. Wanted more money, send some people to get it and bring it to you.

He started out small, doing some simple jobs for a local group (getting cigarettes, performing some rough housing on people that could not pay, transport fire arms from one side of town to the other). Over time, he started to learn about this woman that only went by the name of Rose Red. From the men that worked with Antonio, Rose Red was said to be the deadliest woman alive with any sort of weapon. If you should ever run into her, be sure that the last thing you did was tell your mother that you loved her. Her appearance meant certain death to anyone that is in her way.

He learned of her about a year into this small time mafia.

Over that year, he was known as someone with intense physical strength and tactics. There was an ambush of around his second year and if it was not for him being able to take out a good half of the men that had invaded the area where the group met at, he along with all of his fellow members would have been killed. Alas, they were able to take out the head boss who was then replaced by his son James Coppola.

The thing as to why Coppola wanted Antonio was due to his strong tolerance to pain and his power. During the ambush, he was shot at numerous times and with every shot, he felt nothing. Antonio has something of a rare disease known as Congenital Analgesia (a disease that causes someone the ability to never feel pain). With this in mind, Don J. Coppola turned Antonio into something of his ultimate weapon: the perfect hit-man.

Having a rather high I.Q., an extensive knowledge of how to kill someone without a trace, and his overpowering strength, he was perfect. To make things more better for him, he decided to do something to insure he could never be found out: he faked his death. Once the government was aware that Antonio Cicco was dead, he changed his name to Tomas Atmend.

A few years had passed and Coppola ended up having a job for him: take out the Red Rose. In the group she was part of, the leader had passed away and left instructions that she was to be the new leader. With her out of commission, Coppola would be able to take over.

Months of planning went into this operation and everything was perfect. Until someone entered into Atmend’s life and changed everything.

It was meant to be something of a simple job: break into the town’s local power plant, get some information on how much money they make, and then leave. Only problem: no one left. Later on the next day, Tomas got news that every one of his men were killed via electrocuted to death. Thinking that the men he sent where simpletons (they were really stupid), he sent another legion in. They all died. Realizing that someone was killing them all, he went himself to get the job done.

Once inside, he found this man sitting by the files. He was shirtless, showing off the muscles he had. He was not like Tomas (huge, bulking) but more lean, fashion model type. Looking up, he saw Tomas and automatically started shooting tazers at him. When he saw that they did not work, he pulled out a few high voltage stunning rods and tried to electrocute him. No luck. Then the electric whips came out and to this man’s shock, Tomas grabbed hold of them and ripped them to shreds.

Realizing that nothing worked, he used the last thing he had: electrocute the entire room. This also meant destroying the computers. This power company was known for being beyond profitable and as such, it was one of the wealthiest companies in America. That being said, quite a few corporations have tried to steal the money that they make. So, they hired someone that was only known as The Electron to protect the plant and make sure that anyone that breaks in is stopped.

After being able to stand all of the attacks, The Electrician finally gave in.

“My powering, hulking, massive friend.” He began, sitting down to take out a cigarette and
offering one to Tomas who accepted. “I must say that I have yet to find anyone that has the audacity to stand up to my attacks, let alone survive them. You are something of a wonder.”

“Being part of Coppola’s group, you have to be.” Tomas plopped himself on the ground, smoking his cigarette.

“I see.” The Electrician said, keeping silent for a few moments. Observing him, Tomas started realizing that whenever The Electrician was bored, he would start humming/ singing under his breath different rap songs. As he would alter realize, this was his way of thinking over matters.

“In that case,” The Electrician said, putting out his cigarette. “I am in a rather difficult spot. A quick review of myself: I was originally imprisoned due to me being something of a murderer for a few years. Skip over two years of my imprisonment, this power company decides to free me on the condition that I protect their files and, if needed, kill anyone that tries to steal them. With the government in the sorry state it is in, all one needs is enough money and political power and those people can legalize murder. Anywho, I protect the files, I am allowed to be free. Allow anyone to get pass my trappings, then I go back and am put into instant death role. So, my massive friend, I am asking that your group takes me in on the stand that I work as one of your hit men in exchange for me facing certain death.” Tomas thought about what The Electrician and his story. Thinking it over, he figured that it would be for the best to take him on.

“Before I allow you to come with me to talk and to Coppola about your involvement, I must know: what is your name?” The Electrician smiled.

“My name is Robert Hassossun.” And with that, Hassossun went with Tomas.

A Look Of Mental Insanity

So, why are you even here? Why are you even wasting your time to read my scribes? Looking for some cheap horror story that you would find in the trash section of however you are read this? Looking for some type of mockery to go to your friend and rip on? Well, why? Yeah, I don’t know why I am doing this and probably am just writing whatever comes to my mind. But I am not insane! I know as God as my witness that I am not! Yet everyone says so. I see people, but they cloak themselves in the eyes of others. I know thing the ended up being proven true.
If you think I am still sane, you are now wondering as to who I am, where I am from, and all of that other David Copperfield bullshit that you have come to expect. Well, my name is Soren. My last name is of no importance. If you with to know about my past and the life I was thrust into, go to the government officials and bug them about releasing my files. I tried so has some of my friends. The end result was not at all that pretty.
As I said before, I don’t know the reason as to why I am even writing any of this. It might have been my friends that have told me, the painting of the reaper that hangs above me always, or maybe it was the dead animals that people have that to hang from the tree in my front yard. I should remove them, and I want to. But, with the decomposed heads turning to me and shrieking with a sound that should awaken everyone in sight, I decided that it would be for the best to leave them.
I am an outcast, someone that you would want to leave alone. I do leave this house when the time and mood fits me, but not all that often. I have been considered this town’s main vampire on the account of my rather sharp teeth, shagged to the point, long mails, and beyond pale white skin. When children went missing and the bodies were found bound together in my front lawn, I was to blame. Yet, here is the kicker: I have no knowledge of any of this.
I am not a murderer! I never took those innocent creatures and tortured them! My entire life, I have been hated upon, put down as being different. And for what reason? Why exactly? Yet, here I am. Now, I am not complaining, I really hate to. But, I need to get all of this out somehow and for the past few years of my life, it has been building higher and higher.
I do know a few things about my past. Mainly with me never being supervised and wanting to recreate all that I had seen on an invention called a television. Mainly with the blood of animals and a few needles I found laying around. The animals were already dead when I found them. Freshly killed, too. Once it was inside of me, my eyes were clear. I could see the thing that people never could.
Above the heads of some people, I would see hazes of different colors. Depending on the tone of the color, I could tell who was who. But as time wore on,  I started injecting other things. And then the consumption of different spirits that I made myself. Once it had all taken their own effect, I started to understand.
Then I saw the God of Death.
He greeted me, for a reason I can not fathom, as an equal. Then he decided to fuse with me, another thing I can not imagine as to why. As time wore on, and as my mind blocked out all of this, the authorities started coming about missing people. I never even heard of half of the people they claim to have gone missing. Then I found the bodies in my house.
I don’t know how they got in their nor do I still know. All I knew at the time was that I must get rid of them. I had no way of burying them, and that was out of the question. I knew that the states’ people were going to o another observation (when you have are an outcast of society, you are the first to be suspected). One idea that I did have was to go and eat their bodies. I mean, the bodies were fresh and with the right spices and chemicals you could resurrect their freshness, but something in me told me not to. So, I forgot about that.
Then about a week of sleep went by.
I had no dreams and the only recollection I have is that of darkness of sleep.
Then I felt sick. Going to the restroom, I felt a great pain in my stomach as I went in. after committing for about ten minutes, I started to notice something: about a few fingernails.
Rushing to the storage room where I had last seen the bodies before I passed out, I noticed that the skeletons were burnt to ashes and the meat that was on the bodies was chopped up. Stunned and looking around, I backed out with all the blood in my body no longer being near my head nor my heart. I turned and looked around until I saw something of an army of ghosts. But they were young and they were the spirits of the children that I found in my home. Turning my head away from them and screaming on top of my lungs, I tried to block out their shouts and screams and moans as they pointed their dead fingers at me with blood coming out of the tips.
They were chanting about how I had killed them, violated their bodies, and then I went on to consume them. I tried everything to ignore it. Grabbing a knife on a table, I, in a fit of madness, tried to kill the spirits. Once it dawned on me that I was stabbing spirits, I tried to end my own life. For about twenty years I have dealt with all the madness of spirits, the corruption of ghosts, and my own mind driving me to the point of insanity. Why I never did this before, I don’t know.
Taking the knife and baring my cheat, I decided to thrust the blade between my ribs and into my heart.

Then, to my own shock, I ended up waking up. In a hospital.
Once my logic and idea came back, I was informed that I was to be sent to some mental hospital for the criminally ill. Apparently, all of that which I still believe that I never did, I did. I know to the read of this, it comes as no surprise. But, for me, it was. I just can’t deal with it and given the few parts of paper I have been blessed, I decided to write whatever it is that came into my mind. I am damned to live in this hell hole for the remainder of my life and as such, I am never leaving.
I know I am not insane. I know that society did this to me due to me being an outsider. I am innocent, I am gentle. I would not even hurt the fly on my arm. Yes, that is what I will do! I won’t kill this fly. With the authorities looking at me, I will prove this to them. I won’t even hurt the fly…

The Reservoir Crime Family II: Part Three

“Before we allow this opera of violence continue,” Started Coppola. “One thing I want to know: Is Hassossun here?” Atmend looked up.

“He is in the area, yes. He decided to not show up on the account that he wants to make sure his equipment is set up.” Coppola looked up when Atmend spoke.

“He is really doing it then, eh?”

“Don’t be a damned fool. With all that is going on, it is for the best.” Atmend looked around and noticed that, besides him, Parkera, and Coppola, no one knew what he was talking about. “Oh, wait. Let me guess: the others have no idea about what we are talking about?”

“Never got around to telling them.” Coppola responded sitting down in one of the empty chairs. Atmend sighed, rubbing his forehead.

“Should I or you tell them?”

“You go ahead.”

“Alright then.” Atmend said, turning towards everyone else. “Due to the situation at hand, all of you are going to be required to stay in the mansion until such a time that all of this ends. No exception. With this going on, we are having all of your homes under surveillance by Hassossun. While here, you will all be monitored every minute of every hour of every day. You will all be safe here.” Everyone looking around, they all started to explode in an outcry of protest.

To some of the members of The Reservoir, this only spark one thought: constant civil war among all of the heads. For starters, with the lack of rooms, it was going to get a tad bit crowded and to say that some of the heads were not the most lovable of friends would be an understatement. Looking around, Soren was starting to wonder who would try to kill who first.

In the death of the silence, Goji was the first to speak.

“I am aware that this is for the best and is completely and utterly needed, but what I am wondering is: do we know or have any idea as to who is behind these fiendish deeds? Any leads? What have the Andres found out?” Coppola raised his hand to silence him.

“As to who are the leads, we are still going over what we have. Hassossun has taken over that responsibility after the disaster of the Andre’s assignment. With the information we got from Kingly and Palma, we are trying to see if there were any we might have missed. The Andre’s work is being examined by some of my people. With the Andre’s themselves, The Royals have taken them and they are getting some medical help as we speak. To say that I have seen corpses that have been put threw a grinder that look better then them would be an understatement. Once they are in a more stable condition, I will talk to them and see what we can get from them about this.”

“That out of the way, what about this figure in black that people keep talking about?” Goji corrected himself in his seat while taking a sip of coffee. “From what my people have reported, these murderers are unlike anything else. An example was with the wounding of one of my best men.”

“Ah yes, you told me about this.” Coppola said, taking a sip of coffee. “Please tell the rest of your fellow leaders here about this man of yours and what had happened to him.” Gojia took a deep sigh.

“Last night, one of my men who shall go unnamed, ended up seeing the explosion that happened a short while after Casper and Victor had left Twix’s residence. Just to inform you Soren and Ryan: Coppola had me send one of my most stealthiest men to look after both of your’s just in case something was to happen. This was due to us getting tipped off that Twix had set up this entire operation to ambush and take out both of your men to send a little message to you.

“Well, after you guys had left, my man stayed for about an hour to make sure that nothing was to happen, to make sure that no one was going to follow you or do anything. Typically, right after someone leaves, someone follows. But we had the suspicion that there might have been cameras and/ or microphones set up to see if you guys did anything. If so, we were going to have to take the footage and destroy it. The reason: should your men might have said anything that can be used against the families, we can have it destroyed in a heart beat. After a while until the hour was up, nothing happened.

“As my man turned around and was about to leave until something caught his eye: a figure cloaked in black. He saw this figure walk into the room that Twix was in and started rummaging around, trying to look for something. He did not see this figure do anything in the way of taking something out of his pocket, and then he went to the window and jumped up on the window ceil. Unzipping his jacket and using it as something of a parachute or a cape, the Figure went and jumped out of the window. As he did so, the window and a good chunk of the side of the building exploded. To say it was a shock would be an understatement. According to my man, he saw a few burning bodies fall to the sidewalk. Including Twix’s.

“Terrified with what he saw, my Man turned around and started to get away. Until he was ambushed by the Figure. Knife in hand, the figure came after The Man, as he will be called from here on out. To wrap up this story, The Man was able to get way by confusing The Figure enough to escape. But before he did, The Man tried to shoot The Figure in the head countless times. After realizing that he had, under his black cloak, an entire suit of bullet proof material, he started to dash out of their. That was before he was stabbed repeatedly by The Figure.

“Contacting me, I was able to find The Man some time after the attack. He was still alive, though he was only alive for one purpose: to deliver a message. And that message was: An end of an era is about to happen. The house of Reservoir was about to be destroyed. Right now, The Man is with The Andres in recovery.”

Everyone at the table just looked straight at Goji in horrified silence. None of them really knew what to say about what they had just heard, so they all sighed and just sat back. Thinking, Ryan had a question.

“The Man, as he is so called, did he describe what The Figure’s voice sounded like? Or for that matter, did the Andres have anything to say about the voice of the one that was after them?” he looked at both Goji and Coppola. It was Coppola that responded.

“From me speaking to all three of them, what we had gotten was that the voices were distorted though clear enough to understand. As to the purpose behind this, I am able to have one guess and I am sure you all have figured it out: either someone wants to put us out of commission or is trying to end the reign of organized crime. Once Hassossoun is able to get more information on what is going on, we will report ot you all.” Looking around, he saw Soren contemplating.

“Soren, what are you thinking of?” Soren looked at him.

“I was thinking: are you believing that one of us could have done this?” All of the heads started talking at once.

“He actually has something of a point.” Brett Taran said. “I mean, it does make some form of logic. So, do you really think it could be one of us?”

“It is a possibility.” Coppola said, scratching the side of his face. “I do not want to think that it is true, but as of now, it is possible.”

“But you are not answering the question at hand, Coppola: do you think that it is one of us that is the cause of all this chaos?” Mckinsy Stoke asked, him moving forward so he can look at Coppola. Stoke is known for having this great stomach that forces him to constantly lean back whenever he sit. Moving to look to see Coppola, his stomach started to cover part of the table.

“In all honesty: I do believe so. But remember: just because I do believe so, that does not mean it is so. For all we know, I could be wrong and the real culprits is one of the numerous other organizations that are in the area.” Everyone else at the table started to look towards one another. Coppola took notice of this.

“Just to make this clear: no one was outside during the time of the events last night. I know that does not mean shit, but the point of this being made is to show that the person could be anyone. Now, what I do not want to hear, and I doubt that this will be followed, is any of you trying to kill one another. Last thing I need is this mansion to turn into a battle ground.” Everyone looked at each other. Soren and Ryan looked at each other, then at the others. Without saying a word, they knew what they were thinking: they need to find the culprit. Fast.

“Now, I have kept you all long enough. Meeting is adjourned until we find some info. The servants out side will show you all to your individual rooms. Until we meet again, see you all around.” Coppola stood up, pointed at Soren, Ryan, Mansell, Casper, Tomas, and Pakera to follow him. The rest went to their rooms.

The Reservoir Crime Family II: Part Two

Soren was driving his white 2003 Mustang GT with Ryan in the passenger seat. After his talk with Mansell, Ryan went back into Soren’s house and just chilled. When Soren got their, he delivered the news that Casper and Victor along with Palma and Kingly were going to try and get info on all that had happened. They were having a few drinks when they, themselves, got the news of what happened to Eliza and her followers. Knowing this, and contacting Coppola, they got into the Mustang, and went straight to the manner. The rest is already known.

Seeing the of the heads gathered in one area, it is safe to say that this will not be a easy going picnic.

Getting out, Ryan went to go inside while Soren found Victor. Embracing him in a brotherly hug, the two separated themselves from the group to talk.

“Any news that I need know?” Soren asked.

“As far as I am aware, you know as much as I.” Victor responded. “The only thing that is really going in and out of my mind is how any of this could have happened. What could have set this all off?” Soren looked out into the horizon before looking back at him.

“I may know a thing or two about all that has happened. But when it comes down to it, I need to know if you are loyal to me. Can I trust you to do a few things that might need to happen should the time come?” Victor looked at Soren. Getting down on his knees, he took Soren’s left hand and kissed the ringer finger’s knuckle.

“From High School to now, I have been one of your closest friends and one of your most loyal of allies. Should anything must happen, I will do it.” Placing his hand on Victor’s face, Soren leaned over and kissed him on his right cheek.

“Good. Now, before we go back to them, I need to tell you all I know. Remember: no one knows about this. Not at all.” With that, his arm around Victor, Soren walked deep into the forest.

After noticing that people were entering the house, the two friends walked back in. Being stopped by Ryan, Soren explained that nothing was wrong. Being satisfied with the answer, they all walked into the foyer.

Down stairs in Coppola’s house, all of the heads of the crime families were present. All of them were confused, puzzled, and worried. One of the servants that worked their tried to serve everyone coffee to calm them down, but soon became deaf with the yelling the guys were doing and the screaming the women were doing. In the mist of all this confusion, Don Coppola entered the room.

“All of you, shut the fuck up!” When his booming voice was reached on the ears of all, everyone turned and looked at him. Looking at each other, they all went into the main meeting room and sat down. Master Kane looked around at all of the heads and was a tad bit shocked to see Brett Taran, Mckinsy Stoke, and Goji Akira sitting at the table. The legends around those three bosses is more famous then some of the stories in the Holy Bible. But then again, when you have three powerful men that went and led revolts that resulted in complete bloodshed, you will be forever remembered in history. Observing each chair, he noticed that there were two other chairs present. Knowing the heads of the families, it did not take long for Kane to realize who else was going to be their. Turning to Lord Reservoir, he spoke in a hushed voice.

“I am starting to believe that Coppola has called the Royals in on this.”

“If he did, he practically just signed everyone’s death warrants.” Reservoir turned to Kane. “You know how they are, how they are practically like the judges around here. Their creed, their rules, we obey.” With that, they were all silent as they looked towards Coppola.

“As I am sure a lot of you are aware, Lady Caponae has been found dead. Well, I am here to tell you all right now: that is false. She is still alive. Just in hiding.” Looking around, it was clear to see that everyone was in some sort of confusion. “Let me first say that we have anticipated this. We have expected this, calculated everything. From the day that Caponae took over as head of the Bernamonti Family, we knew that someone would try and attack her. But, to this extent, we never expected.”

“Okay, but on the news we saw that some burnt bodies were taken -” One of the more obscure heads said. This one was one of those leaders that was their, but no one really paid him the slightest attention to the point that two other heads (Taran and Stoke) asked who he was.

“I am aware of what you all saw.” Coppola said, interrupting him. “What was in their were two of our soldiers that were trying to protect Lady Caponae at all times. When she leaves, they stay their to watch over the area and make sure nothing happens. But, that is not the fucking case.” Coppola walked off to breathe.

“Sweet Jesus,” he said under his breath. “Okay, the main question you are all wondering is where Lady Caponae is at. As of now, I am in no position to disclose that information. What I can say is the most obvious: she and her two body gaurds are perfectly safe. That out of the way, the other main question you are all wondering is: who are the assassins and what purpose do they have. As of now, we have no knowledge.”

“You mean you don’t have any knowledge as of now.” The voice, operatic in tone, was one that no one was expecting. As everyone looked up, they saw the towering body of Tomas Atmend.

If there was ever a man that brought fear into the heart of Don J. Coppola, it would be Atmend. The two being childhood friends, Atmend was nicknamed The Judge due to his powering rule, his authority over Coppola, and the influence he had on every subfamily of The Reservoir. In other words, he had complete control.

“Atmend!” Coppola said, taken aback. “I thought you and Parkera were suppose to be here in about a few days?”

“We were in town and decided to arrive early.” From the opposite end of the room stood the elegant yet cold figure of Parkera. Empress Parkera and Emperor Atmend (their official titles) were not related in any way except for business. Joining forces during the last war, they were known for power and corruption over all forces. When put together, even God himself would have a puzzle in terms of figuring them out.

In the minds of all the other heads, they were ranging from disgust of seeing them to fear. Soren, breathing, relaxed himself and mentioned to his associates that it would be the wisest to do the same. The last thing they wanted was to end up like the last person that appeared to be weak in front of Atmend. To put it short: Atmend had a secret weapon, a soldier that if unleashed, the end result would make Casper envy.

Walking down the opposite stairs, Parkera went up to Coppola, embraced him while kissing him gently on the cheek. Grabbing his right hand, Atmend embraced it.

“Sorry for the rather odd timing. I thought you got the text that we sent that said that we were on our way?” Atmend asked, grabbing a cup of coffee off of the table.

“I did.” Coppola said. “I was just expecting earlier.” Atmend stared directly at Coppola for a few moments.

“I see.”

“Well, what does it matter now, eh?” Pakera asked. “We are here now and that is all that matters.” Grabbing her cigarette holder and a cigarette from the table, she lit herself up and took a deep breath from the holder. Unleashing the grey smoke, she took Atmend and found their seats at the table and placed themselves. Sitting next to her was Palma and Kingly. Giddily greeting each other, they quickly hushed themselves as they relaxed.

The Reservoir Crime Family II: Part One

The television was blaring the images of the news report that was on everyone’s mind. Coppola sighed as he looked at the captions below. It kept saying that she was dead. Burnt. Aggravated, Coppola turned off the television and walked to the window behind his desk. His mind was thinking the entire time.

He knew what was going on. He knew why all of these events were happening. If worked out, the end result would be perfect. Everything was finally going to be alright. But, alas, for a perfect plan, a few risks had to be taken. Even more if it involved something like this. Releasing a great sigh, he picked up the phone and asked for Them.

Gargoyle looked at Youngling then relooked at the door. Giving him a sharp look, both men took out the mini hand cannons that they had behind their backs while checking to see if they still had their knives with them. With all of the crazy shit going down, one can never be too sure. Stationing Youngling behind a wall, Gargoyle took the safety off of the gun and unlocked the door. The moment the lock was sounded, it was replaced with the piercing screech of a gun being load off and a hole being made through the door. Youngling tried not to scream as he saw his brother being thrown on to the ground and a figure in black rushing into the area.

Unlocking his gun, he began to fire at the figure. Every time he fired, the bullets did nothing. The figure was wearing a suit made out of bullet proof material. The figure taking it’s gun tried to shoot Youngling, but was not able to get him due to Youngling using everything as a shield. Looking around, he found a few items that he could use.

Grabbing a metal deep dish pan, he chucked it at The figure. For a few moments, The figure was in a daze as Youngling charged at it and was able to knock the gun out of it’s hand. Trying to punch him in the face, The figure took out a knife and tried to stab Youngling at any and all visible places. With no luck except for scratching and cutting deep into his arms, Youngling was able to throw The figure away.

Looking at the weapons he found during the fight and at Gargoyle, he grabbed the items and made something of a bomb out of them. Apologizing in his mind to Palma and Kingly, he found one that had some form of liquor inside of it, threw a rag into the bottle with some hanging out, and then took out a match.

Once outside with his brother and The figure charging after them, the rag was lit and the homemade bomb was launched.

Two cars were speeding along the road. The first one contained Casper and Victor. The other one was Palma and Kingly. The orders they got were simple enough: All members of the Family are to meet at Don J. Coppola’s house. No exceptions.

Casper and Victor were trying to make some form of logic out of the entire situation.

“What has Soren said?” Casper asked, trying to not go over the speed limit but failing epically.

“As far as he knows, this is all news to him. He has alerted the Andres already. They should be coming over to Coppola’s house any moment now.” Victor took a swig of water he found in the car, trying to calm himself down.

“And Ryan?”

“Ryan is already at Coppola’s with Mansell.”

“Oh, dear God: Coppola is getting the Juggalos?”

“No, but Mansell is one of the heads and as such will be requested. Should the Juggalos be ordered in on this, just shut the fuck up and deal with it. The last thing we need is a complete fight breaking out in the war room.”

With that, they were both silent.

In Palma’s car, however, they tried to drown everything out with blaring dance music through out the stereo systems. That is the thing about music: it can be useful for making one feel better. The entire time, they had a feeling that Caponae was not yet dead. Someone like her does not die that simply. It is impossible. Besides, if something did happen, they would have known about it before the press did. So, something was beyond off.

Looking at Kingly driving, Palma tried to put together all of the pieces of his mind. Like with most people, this was something that he nor anyone else was expecting or wanting.

Taking out a cell phone, Youngling sent a text to all members of The Reservoir. As he was alerting them all, Gargoyle was unconscious and they were hiding in a trash bin besides a restaurant. It is unknown if The figure was killed in the explosion. Sending a text to Palma and Kingly, he apologized for the destruction of their apartment.

The Reservoir. Part Eight.

The sound of dark ambient music was blaring on the portable sound system that Gargoyle brought with him. With the soothing beats of the most random of objects, the rather unique way the sounds blended, it gave him something of a feel for the job he was doing. He looked over at Youngling, his brother. He noticed how he was just playing some game on his device and not caring about the rotten world one bit. At times, he envied him.

Their past exploits were well known, but what was not know was why they are like this. What caused them to be the way they are. As a whole, they try to not think of the day in which they claim to have their innocence taken away. But when you are in a fight with your father, and you were at the point of either life or death, you have to do anything to keep yourself safe. Even if that means picking up a weapon at such a young age and killing someone. Part of their first execution was due to a leader trying to kill their father due to his rank in the government. Another part was due to it being the time and place.

Once this leader was killed, they had to leave Scandinavia (in this point in time, Sweden, Norway, and Denmark had formed one complete nation) due to them being wanted and the price for their heads was steep. They killed the rest of their family as a way of revenge for the death of the leader. Knowing this, the people took the boys to Spain and had them placed on a boat straight to America.

When they had arrived, they spent a good majority of their time on the streets, finding whatever they can to survive on. Once Gargoyle was eighteen, he and Youngling (their real names they never use and, over time, have forgotten) went to Okinawa to find a sword maker that was said to be the best of the craft. Knowing he was the last one, and telling him the tale of their lives, he agreed to make two swords for the brothers. One with a blade as black as midnight, another being white like snow, they went back to Scandinavia to take out the last few remaining members of the Government.

In America, The Reservoir Crime Family had just got Mansell’s group woven into their empire. Looking through the news, Mansell saw the news of the massacre in Scandinavia and altered Don Coppola of this recent discovery. They wanted these two brothers to work for them, but knew that to just go right on up and ask such young people to join them would be, not only an insult, dangerous. Think about it: you just saw the news and saw that two brothers had just went and killed a legion of people in a government, then you just go walking up to them, asking them to join you. You would have a better chance of getting your head choped off than gaining their trust.

As time went on, Mansell saw the two brothers again when they appeared to him in the form of a rock band. They had a rather detailed knowledge of music that they knew that Mansell’s business was failing. It is not an unknown fact that Mansell has a history with violence, but it is a secret about his new job in the crime families. Living on the streets, you tend to over hear thoughts and ideas from other people and as such, they learned of the Reservoir Crime Family. Desperate for music that would make him the profitable emperor or the music scene that he wanted to be, he agreed with the brothers that he would sign them under the condition that their records are destroyed and they take fighting lessons and anger counseling from a therapist in the group.

Don Coppola liked the idea of the Councilor and had them counseled under him with him being their therapist. After about a few months of work, they gained control of themselves and the other members of the crime families had no knowledge of them. They were aware of the incidents in Scandinavia, but they were unaware of what Don Coppola was planning. That was until Ryan’s relapse.

From the moment he was in the families, he was forced to undergo a state of being sober. After some time with The Reservoir, he learned of some drug rings and took part. Picking up the ideas and the ways of computer hacking, the Andres quickly found Ryan out. He was not in trouble. In fact, Coppola thanked Ryan for he ended up being the introduction to the Andres. When members of the families learned of this, they were scared and terrified, but realized the potential they had.

When picking families, they picked none. Instead, they would work with all the families (Reservoir, Bernamonti, Lexor, Bearer, and Union (Don Coppola)). This way, should a war break out, they would not be aimed and had the option to either fight for themselves or pick the side they agreed with most. Thankfully, such an occurrence has never happened with them around.

Youngling looked up from his game and stared at this older brother’s long blond hair. He was thinking about Gargoyle’s opinion on all that has happened, but knew better than to bug his brother when he was hacking. While Youngling was a pretty good hacker, Gargoyle was the best. Bored of staring at graphics, he got up and looked around the house. They had already been to Soren’s, Ryan’s Victor’s, Casper’s, and Lady Caponae’s. Now they were at Palma’s. On the walls were posts of this pop singer he loved, some albums that did not suit the taste of the Andres, and a few romance novels that looked beyond warn out.

On the wall were some photos that showed him as a rather attractive young man. Then the early photos of him and Kingly. Looking at the history, he could tell that Palma was a young man that was troubled with his past, but had to paint a false smile to hide the sadness. Palma was a kid that was popular when he was in school due to his creativity with art, dance, and music. However, this popularity lead to him being thrown into a paper town of false friends, paper friends if you will. When he met Kingly, he saw someone that was real, could produce true emotions, and someone he bonded with.

Kingly’s past is somewhat similar to Palma’s. the main difference is that, unknown to people except Palma, Kingly has been through a few degrees of hell. More so than most. When he found Palma, he grew instantly attached to him and as such, they became close. Both being actors, they did travel the area performing and struggling to survive. Then Lady Caponae came into their lives and the rest is history.

Looking at the photos, he suddenly needed some water. Grabbing himself a cup, his cell phone ranged. Picking it up and seeing it was from Victor, he placed it against his ear.

“Hello.” He said, his voice a bit playful.

“Young… Where is Gar?” Victor’s voice sounded weak and out of breath.

“Researching the computers. Why?’ When Victor told him, Youngling became confused.

“Impossible. If that house did explode, we would of heard it.”

“Check just to make sure. It is all over the news.” Looking out of the window, he did see smoke rise from a house that looked like it is in the same spot as Lady Caponae.

“JESUS CHRIST ALMIGHTY!!!!!!!!” Youngling screamed. He ran over to where Gargoyle was at and tapped his shoulder. Looking up, Gargoyle saw the smoke.

“GOOD GOD ALMIGHTY!!!!!!!!” They both looked at the destruction that was happening, shocked that they did not hear it over their music (long story short: their music is usually played beyond loud for their own enjoyment). Youngling put his phone back to his ear.

“Believe me now?” Victor asked.

“Yeah.”

“Listen, you two: get out of the area now. We are calling the heads of all the families and meeting up at Coppola’s. We are bringing as many people as we can. Just, get the fuck over to his office. NOW!” With that, the phone went dead. Packing up their equipment, they started to get ready until there was a knocking on the front door.
